A message from Elise & Sarah

Twelve years ago, a family crisis left us close to losing our home in Queenstown. No investors, no business plan — just a living room, a belief that women deserve clothes that last, and a refusal to give up.

We started from our kitchen table. Thousands of women across New Zealand wanted what we wanted: real quality, real care, pieces made to be kept. That's how Aurora Classics was built — one woman telling another.

Twelve years later, we saved the house, and that small Queenstown studio became everything.

And now we're taking the biggest step of our lives. We're closing the Queenstown doors and opening a larger studio in Australia — and it's happening piece by piece, all through this year. As we empty the old studio, we're clearing everything at moving-sale prices. And as the new one comes to life, the first pieces of what's next are already arriving: lighter things, made for the warmer months ahead.

We'd rather these went home with women who'll wear them than sit in a crate crossing the Tasman.
